In the ever-expanding landscape of open access journals, two new publications have just been launched: BJR Artificial Intelligence, published by Oxford Academic for the British Institute of Radiology; and CMI Communications, published by Elsevier partnering with the European Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (ESCMID).
BJR Artificial Intelligence is dedicated to artificial intelligence in medical imaging, radiotherapy, radiation oncology, medical physics, radiobiology and the underpinning sciences. The Co-Editors-in-Chief are Professor Heang-Ping Chan and Professor Issam El Naqa.
CMI Communications is intended to complement and integrate with ESCMID’s Clinical Microbiology and Infection and will publish manuscripts focusing on translational and clinical aspects of microbiology, infectious diseases and control, immunology, epidemiology, and public health. The Editor-in-Chief is Angela Huttner, MD.
