The Society for Scholarly Publishing is hosting a free seminar on Wednesday 1 February (12 pm EST) to showcase the latest developments from a selection of industry-leading companies, with each having a ten-minute slot to present their piece. Participating in the event are:
- Copyright Clearance Center – discussing OA Agreement Intelligence, a data-driven modelling tool that could help publishers prepare, build, and analyse open access institutional offers
- KGL PubFactory – showing how their PubGen module can enrich sites with different types of searchable, authored content that generates traffic while promoting thought leadership
- Straive – demonstrating scalable manuscript transfers with Transfer Desk Suite, an automated system for transferring rejected manuscripts to other suitable journals
- DataSeer – showing how publishers can use DataSeer to find all of the data associated with a corpus of articles, or use it to promote compliance with their data-sharing policies
